I was impressed from the start by Vlad's quick response to my inquiry email, and that continued on right to the end of the project. The two technicians were friendly and courteous, and got the job done on time, on budget, and exactly to my expectations. I can't believe I was half-entertaining the thought of doing the installation myself - these guys are definitely worth it!
