After spending many hours reviewing window replacement companies on line I selected 3 for quotes. Of the 3 companies Brock was by far the most informative and instructional as to how the process of installing the windows would go forward if selected. Their Sales Rep was on time which to me is an indication of a companys organizational ability to perform as they say they can. We have had the windows in for 9 months now and are pleased to say not a single issue arose from the install. From the quote to cleanup a painless project.

- Know what you want and review each companies product line prior to the sales reps visit, nothing worse then buying what he wants and not what you want.
