This is the second time we have dealt with Clarke Basement Systems (this time in a new home) and again, service was above and beyond! Rob came to assess the problem and Mark D. made the repair to a crack in our foundation. Both were on time and professional. Mark ensured he left the house clean, and the crack he fixed looks as good as the rest of the wall.

We had a freestanding gas fireplace, with a tile pad installed in our basement. We took the recommendation from the sales office about what model of Napoleon to get, and it heats our basement in minutes. It is lovely to have a dry, warm basement in the winter. Fire, Brass and Patio has also come in to service the fireplace when we were having issues with our thermostat. We had another gas company look at it, but the problem wasn't fixed. Fire, Brass and Patio found the problem, and we haven't had any issues since.

We purchased about 35 sq feet of ceramic for our bathroom, and had Brystons install. It required taking up the old sub-floor, and laying a new one. Mike came to install. He went far above the call of duty, helping us repair a rotten floor. He also had to level the floor significantly. We were left with a beautiful, level floor. His attention to detail paid off, with the tiles laid on a 45, it looks fantastic!

We purchased carpet and had it installed by Bryston's a couple of years ago. The remnant we were interested in was sold, so the owner gave us a good discount on new berber. When it came time to install, the installers were fantastic. They helped me move a bed that was too heavy on my own, they completed the job quickly, and it was beautiful. Follow-up service has been exceptional from this company. When a slight wrinkle in the underpad appeared, they were there within an hour to fix it. When we had to take up our carpet for another job, and re-lay it, we called Brystons again, and they did an excellent job.

We had our basement waterproofed over a year ago. Clarke Basement Systems did an amazing job installing the interior system with cleanspace on the walls, and a sump pump. Rob and his crew were professional, on time, and cleaned up like it was their own home. The true test came this spring when our basement stayed dry!

Dennis from Brightwood Flooring transformed the stained, scratched floors in my 60 year old house. He sanded, sealed and applied poly-urethane, and they now look brand new. He was on time and right on his estimate. The whole job took two days. He left the house spotless. You wouldn't have even known he was there, except for the fact the floors are now beautiful.
