Called Gentlemen Plumbers and not even 1 hour later Ashton showed up. No hourly rate. One price. No hidden fees. After his diagnosis we learnt that we had four options to go with. We went with the toilet auger option. With no hesitation he got right to it. Personally I would not go near that toilet; full of poop to the rim. A short time later he freed the clog and brought back Q tips on the auger line. Before leaving he also offered me a free home inspection. I am 100% satisfied with the services I received.
