The crew did not look very professional. Although they didn't do anything offensive, they did not act as professional as other movers I have used. Guys were friendly and did work quickly but they demanded payment before the move was completed. It seemed like they were more interested in getting paid than getting the work done in a satisfactory manner. The movers did not know that a discount had been arranged and when the office was called to confirm, the office refused to honor the discount unless we paid in cash but this was not explained at the time of booking. Overall, the move was successful but it was just luck and I don't have much confidence in the company for future moves.
