Eric called 1/2 an hour before he was to come and said was on his way which made him on time. Eric explained what needed doing and recommended other things. Always told me what he was doing and why. He was amazing and very courteous. I also had issues with my fridge so he took a look at it and fixed one thing on it and will return next week to fix other problem as he needed a part. He is such a nice person and very knowledgeable. Will definitely call them any other time I have problems and will ask to see Eric. So nice to have people who care.
