I am very late in posting this, but had to (as the service definitely deserved the accolades). Gabriel is both prompt and professional. After not hearing back from another company, Gabriel literally dropped everything to come and provide us a quote. We were moving into our house in two months that was brand new, full of windows and without any window coverings. I short listed the items that I was interested in and Gabriel brought the right options to our home. He quoted us on the spot and we ended up doing more windows than anticipated, because of the great price he provided us. Due to our tight timing on moving, Gabriel had promised to have them installed within days of us being in the house. Due to manufacturer challenges, this wasn't able to happen. A very heartfelt and apologetic call from Gabriel explained the situation. He not only let us know about the challenge, but came with a solution and a confirmed date for the installation that he was holding the manufacturer to as well. He stood by all of his promises, provided a temporary solution and delivered on the quick and easy installation. 6 months later, we get so many compliments on our blinds, we love the remote control feature of them and they work perfectly. One of the best customer and product experiences that I've encountered. I have referred Gabriel myself to many of my friends and family and do so freely, because he does deliver. All around a terrific experience... Great price, bad quality? Not a chance, this was seriously a case of amazing value! Again, apologies for the delay in this post! Just call Gabriel! :)
