I have used Alex on about four separate occasions now. I am a big fan. He fixed my home Wi-Fi issues. We wanted strong Wi-Fi on all four floors. I used a Nother IT company to try and fix this, but they were not successful. He fixed it the first time around. That was a year ago and we still have had no issues with Wi-Fi. I also used him to mount three televisions in the house. He did a great job, hid the electrical wires. And his prices are reasonable.

I hired Martin to remove old carpeting from two bedrooms, install unfinished hardwood (strip flooring) because the adjacent hallway had old strip flooring and I wanted to match the floors. The scope of his job included finishing (sanding, filling, staining and finishing) the newly installed hardwood in the two bedrooms plus the existing hardwood in the hallway in order to make them match. The end result is beautiful. You can't tell which is the old and the newly installed hardwood. They're seamless. We're really happy with the job. The only negative was that I had the walls and trim of the bedrooms painted white a week before Martin started his job. I should have had the painting done after the floors because when Martin was done there were scuffs and dusty hand prints on the walls which I was able to wash off with Mr. Clean magic eraser and a damp cloth for most areas but also had to resort to using spackling and paint for other areas where small bits of drywall were scraped from the wall and in one spot from the ceiling which I assume was damaged when they removed/replaced the doors. Also, the job was dusty despite them using dust-reducing sanders which vacuums the dust as it sands. I think the dust was unavoidable though due to the nature of the job involving sanding of entire floor surface. Next time I would do a better job of blocking off parts of the house with sheets of plastic.

Joe came recommended by a friend who used him to paint his new medical clinic and his mansion of a home. I thought my job might be too small for Joe to waste his time with, esp. when I saw photos online of the big-time work he did on some gorgeous homes/buildings. My job was two large-ish bedrooms and a small rec. room with tall ceilings & old water stained/damaged ceilings below the skylights - rooms in total are about 75 sq yards. I was pleasantly surprised by how gracious, courteous and professional he and his guys were. They did an excellent job at a very good price. I got a few quotes from professional painters and generic handymen who do painting. His price was very competitive and during the job he found room for discounts on supplies/materials that he didn't have to find. I'm a very happy customer and will certainly use him again.
