An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This is the second time that I have called Keen On Green to pick up household items for recycling/disposal. As always, the service is prompt, courteous and efficient. The workers even took off their work boots (it was a rainy day) just outside the front door before coming in. I called during the busy holiday season, just before Christmas, and Keen On Green was able to come by on that same day! It was very much appreciated, as I wanted to clear some junk away before hosting guests at my place. Wilson was professional, polite and friendly and even remembered having been at my place before. I would definitely recommend this company, and am planning to call them again in a few months when we update some furniture. I would give them full stars.
