So clean came and cleaned our carpet in bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Their booking was very easy, the person that came was really nice to deal with and carpet looked great after. Two weeks later my 2 year old decided to change her own diaper - let's just say it wasn't pretty. I called So Clean to come back to clean up and sanitize the bedroom. Not only did they fit me in 2 days later, but they did the job for free! I was totally expecting to pay for it and they were so nice about it being just a 'touch up'. I will use them again anytime we need cleaning done!

I discovered "droppings" in our furnace room, along with some degraded brick and dirt on the floor. After sending my husband in to check it out, we figured we had a mouse problem. I called Kevin in the evening, and he was at my house the next day, after making a great effort to fit me into his busy schedule. After examining the room, he informed me that there was in fact no sign of mice or rats, as we had feared! He was very knowledgeable and told me what we were looking at was in fact bug casings, and then went to check a few other "hot spots" in our home. Best of all, he didn't charge me nearly what he had quoted on the phone, even though he came for the service call. Kevin's honesty about our lack of infestation was really refreshing - he could have quite easily put down the traps and simply left. Not only that, he was so friendly and professional to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin, and would use them again if I ever need to! Thank you!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I consider us lucky to have even received the product we ordered (2 teak planters). After weeks of dropping by the store to try and pick up our order (they NEVER answer the phone), we were finally told the shipment came in. When my husband went to pick up the Medium planters we had paid for, the owner told him she "never" would have sold them at that price, and tried to make us take the small size. He finally stormed into the stock room to get the ones we paid for, and the stock boy told him "good for you - she does this to people all the time". The owner told us never to come back - no problem with that.

We contacted Green Apple based on reviews on Homestar to help us re-landscape our front yard, which was largely a pile of dirt adn ground cover. From the start, I was impressed with their professionalism - contracts that outlined exact costs and let us know exactly what we were getting. Our work involved new retaining walls, steps, woodwork and landscaping, and we were equally impressed wtih the design and craftmanship of all aspects. One of my biggest praises of Green Apple was for the team that executed the work. They were at our house at 7:30am every day, and often there at 6:00pm when I arrived home from work - no wonder the work was completed well ahead of my expecations. Not only were they fast, but the team was professional, polite, clean and a pleasure to have on our property. We are thrilled with the end result. Peter and Andrea provided us with a lovely design, and we have been enjoying our new garden this summer. Along the way, Peter suggested a few things (such as an irrigation system) that although added to the cost, made a huge difference in our enjoyment of the yard, and we now can't imagine not having it. We would absolutely recommend and work with Peter and his team again - hopefully the backyard soon!
