Townhouse staging - Oakville, November 2015
Patrick was recommended to me by my realtor. I had purchased another home in late October 2015 & now had to get my townhouse sold... with winter fast approaching. I was so impressed with Patrick's initial consultation that I hired him to do the staging. The living & dining room of my townhouse was not a large area; but Patrick managed to "open it up" & display beautifully the assets of that area being the fireplace & new hardwood floors. I had many viewings & a lot of compliments on the house from the realtors/clients, friends & family. All, including myself, were very impressed. The staging & de-staging of the home went very well with Patrick overseeing the process. It was a pleasure to deal with Patrick & I intend to use him again for consultation regarding my new home. I highly recommend him for staging.
