We hired Chris and his team for a complete re-do and expansion of our aging backyard patio. The pictures speak for themselves - the work they did was amazing and the attention to detail simply outstanding. Chris and his team were very responsive from the beginning and provided a competitive quote with full explanations of the deliverables as requested. Beyond the listed deliverables, his team went above and beyond many times throughout the project without hesitation. As the project began, we had to have our irrigation system underground completely re-routed around the new patio, and due to the soft nature of the soil in our area, the excavator machine initially did some damage to our grass. Chris gladly took the reins like any resourceful contractor would and dealt directly with both the irrigation company and the landscaping company to ensure both items were dealt with and fixed. It was good to know that we were in good hands with someone who cares about making their customer happy. Chris and his team regularly explained the progress of the work being done with in a straightforward, easy-to-understand manner, which we greatly appreciated. Lastly, when the project was completed, his team took great care in cleaning up the project site. I've dealt with many contractors over the past several years of being a homeowner and I would have to say that this has been one of my best experiences to date. We plan to have Chris's team back for more jobs in the future and look forward to having them back.

I contacted Century Aluminum in the summer of 2017 to look into getting our gutter system completely re-done. Gary contacted me back almost right away and was able to answer all of my questions. Within a week, he visited our property and provided a quote based on the requirements we discussed. The price was very reasonable and the plan for installation was very clear - he had great suggestions. On the day of the install, they showed up on time and finished the job within a day - not leaving a single trace of any garbage or other disposable material. They did an amazing job and everything was installed very professionally. The price we paid was exactly what we were quoted. Beyond the gutter system they installed, I must also comment on how above and beyond this company went for us recently. We had a leak in our roof during a recent rainstorm/icestorm, and although we did not suspect the gutter to be the cause of the issue, I went ahead and contacted Gary to see if he could re-look at the gutters just in case. Again, he replied almost right away and within a few days visited our house - free of charge. He provided high definition photos and videos of our gutter system (which is not the issue) and provided an explanation of what he looked at. He also suggested a couple areas on our roof that should be looked at closer as potential sources of the leak. Even though his company does not do roofing, this is above and beyond service that should be an example to all other contractors. Thank you to Gary and his team for an amazing job on our gutters and for being willing to take a second look at them. True professionals.

Gary and his team were amazing. The responsiveness to my inquiry on getting new gutters installed and patience with my many questions was much appreciated. Throughout the process, they were very clear as to what I would be getting and the price was more than fair. The bill received after the job was done clearly matched what I was also quoted. Gary's team was very professional and did a great job in cleaning up after the job was done. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our basement bathroom was installed in 2011 and improperly done by another company. It was a hack job. Eventually, the floor tiles cracked/warped and the shower was no longer usable. So I called Handy Force. Handy Force was amazing from beginning to end. They assessed the situation, gave me clear pricing, explained what needed to be done and showed up on time. They also gave me a head's up that some additional work may need to be done underneath that they wouldn't see until the old tile came out. When that was determined, they called me and gave me the information I needed to make a good decision. The shower job took a bit longer than anticipated but that's par for the course in this industry. They managed to successfully re-do the bottom of our shower with everything aligned properly and done the way it should have been done in the first place. Their follow-up throughout the process was amazing - sending pictures along to me as they progressed and informing me what had been done & was to be done next. You don't get service like that very often. I would recommend these guys and plan to use them for some future projects too.
