I called up Elvis late in the morning and the guy was at my house within 30 minutes from that call. He explained everything in detail and how it should work. We agreed on a fair price and I witnessed how he did the repairs with due diligence. The work was excellent and very clean. This guy does not settle for "average" worksmanship, he likes it really clean. I have yet to see some rain in order to prove his work but I am confident that the repairs were done accordingly.
