I had some email exchanges with Jory to define the scope of the project. The suggestions offered were helpful. The components had to be ordered and took a few weeks to be delivered. I was kept informed of the progress. I requested the installation to be performed on a certain day. Jory accommodated this request. The installer arrived at the agreed time and performed the work. Installation of the switch, junction boxes and outside plug was easy and quickly completed. The problem was finding the existing house wiring to connect to, as the wiring in the distribution box was wrongly labeled. So the project took a couple of extra hours. Good service at a reasonable price.

Our AC failed over night whilst the GTA was under a severe heat warning. I called Husky at 8am the following morning. At 11am a technician came to the house and advised that the 18 year old AC system could not be repaired. Husky called and gave advice about various replacement systems which were available, and government grants available for installing an energy efficient system. At 3pm on the same day, a team arrived and their work was completed by 6pm with a fully tested and functioning new AC system. They took away all the components of the broken system. Their work was very neat and they left the house tidy. Husky could not have served us better.

The furnace occasionally shut down prematurely, which resulted in the temperature in the house not being maintained. I called Husky Heating and Air Conditioning who had my details on file from previous work done on the AC. Within 2 hours Dave came to the house, diagnosed the fault, cleaned the offending sensor and the heating was restored to normal operation.
