Morning Chelsee, Just wanted to say how pleased Nigel and I are with our new system. Your service technician Tamim was awesome. He took the time to go over everything with us and was so professional. You can tell he really cares about his work. Great guy!!! Tamim suggested an extra door sensor and explained why he thought it would be beneficial without making us feel pressured to purchase.
