Did not show for scheduled city inspections. Eventually we had to take over to complete the project. Overall a bad experience. Would not recommend.

Several planned city inspections were unattended after they had been booked. We, the homeowner, eventually had to take over to complete the project. Overall a bad experience. Would not recommend.

Our builder had delayed installing our skylights and not waterproofed the area around the copula properly. We had water damage to our second floor ceiling and over 10L of water in a bucket in the attic. Mark and his crew came to the rescue. They installed the skylights and then built a "snow box" around the copula, finishing it with a torched membrane. We were very happy with their knowledge, professionalism and workmanship. They did some extra work at no charge to correct deficiencies by the previous roofing company. The site was left clean and we were very happy to finally get our skylights...and no more water in the attic.
