Quick response time - Great customer service
We discovered mold in a room in our basement - I Called Restoration 1 and Benny came in under 2 hours to investigate. It turned out that we had some kind of water damage in our basement and there was mold behind the drywall all around the room. Benny Scheduled us in for mold removal a couple of days later. He and his crews worked for half a day cutting out drywall, spraying special spray to disinfect the areas and setting up machinery to clean out the air in the room. They put A plastic seal around the door of the room and closed all the vents to make sure that no contaminated air was released into the house throughout the process. After the machines were removed Benny went beyond the scope of what i hired him for to help me figure out what caused the mold in the first place. I have only good things to say about my experience with Benny and Restoration 1. I recommend them to anyone who finds water damage in their home.
