Pruned huge magnolia tree, plus cedar and other trees overhanging sundeck, trimmed a tree in front of my property, trimmed hedges and left property spotless. They carefully worked around a newly planted garden, leaving not a single trace of debris. I had overseas visitors coming and this very busy company still took on this job to be completed before visitors arrived; even my visitors were impressed. Impeccable service! Great service! Appointment for arrival was to be between 8:00 – 9:00am. Stuart arrived by 8:00 after calling at 7:45am that he would be here in 10 minutes. He explained thoroughly what he would be doing. The cleaning included the furnace and 15 vents/registers and I had the additional sanitizing applied. A massive demolition and construction next door, over a period of 1 year (which began March 2016) had created additional “dust” which lingered although I did not have construction done inside my own home. My husband died of lung cancer a year ago and I wanted to try to clear the air again. Before the appointment, the furnace had also stopped due to the thermostat requiring resetting. This young technician was polite, friendly and approachable, yet professional. I would recommend Modern Purair if they want excellent, reasonably priced service.
