TBF exceeded my expectations. It all started after we visited the web site. I was curious about the different materials that they use for the walls. After a short conversation, they scheduled an initial survey of my basement. Before they visited me, they sent a very informative book about the do's and dont's of finishing a basement in the mail. No other company that we contacted did this. Ivan arrived promptly and conducted the initial assessment and provided a budgetary quotation on the spot. We agreed on a price and a start date. Ivan's crew showed up exactly at 8:00AM on the scheduled start date ready to go. Ivan's crew was knowledgable, courteous, prompt and respectful from day one. I never had an issue with anyone of them at all. In fact on a few occasions they did more than they were supposed to. Every morning they showed up at 8:00AM and left at around 5:00PM. Closer to the end they started to stay later until about 7:00PM to finish the job by the deadline. The project took approximately 3 1/2 weeks to complete with a few delays. On a few occasions Ivan himself was working hard to complete the job. I can see from this experience that its not just a job with them. They are highly dedicated to their trade and I can honestly say that they treated my house as if it were their own. Even 2 weeks after the completion of the project, Ivan came by for a quick check and noticed some few minor issues. He organized for the guys to come by and sort them out immediately. I am very impressed with TBF's customer service and their dedication to their work. It made for a very painless and stress free experience. I hope this review helps out and I would recommend TBF any day.
