An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We contacted WOW 1 Day Painting to estimate our project and to see if the timeline we needed it done was possible. The General Manager, Corey came to our condo and provided us a quote on the spot. He was able to fit us in on December 23rd, which was less than a week from when the estimate was done. They arrived on-time, in uniform and completed the work as agreed to. We were in the middle of moving into our new place, so to get Corey and his team to do such a quality job, in very little notice helped make our transition of moving a lot easier.
