We used Artina Contracting Inc. remove old slab from two car garage and put a new one. The old one was in very rough shape since we bought the house. Piero came to our house and gave us very fair quote. We decided to go with his crew. They said that the work was going to start on Monday at 7:30 am. They were in the garage at 7:15 am braking the old slab. By the end of the day the old slab was gone, and preparation in the garage was completed. Same happened on the day when the new slab was poured, the crew came around 7 am. We had a new concrete slab around 2 pm. Everything went smooth and the crew worked really hard including Piero. We were very happy with the final product, the slab looks amazing. We will use Piero and his crew for upcoming work that we plan in this spring.

Modular Home Improvements is actually still working on my house now and so far are doing a great job. They are doing a complete remodel of the house; working on a second floor addition creating four bedrooms and two washrooms. They are also remodeling the main floor and have gutted the basement. I’m so surprised at their speed and the quality of work that they are doing, every day they are making progress. Modular Home Improvements always makes sure to answer all of my questions within 30 minutes of a text message or email that I send. When I was looking for a contractor to do this job and I found them I was a little disappointed that I had to go in to their office to get a consult instead of them coming to the house, I discounted them actually almost passing them up. But once we sat down and created a plan I knew they were right for me. Pricewise I really like how up front they are. They are transparent in that they show where the money is going to go, which I really appreciate. Like I said before, at this point I’m pretty happy with the work that is being done!
