Landscaping Design and Construction
Really enjoyed working with this contractor. He does what he says he will do, on time. Very pleasant to work with. He listened to us and his design reflected what we wanted. His crew was excellent - really interested and hard working, and all very polite. We have used him again, and plan to use him in the future.
This company was a nightmare to do business with. We ordered fixtures in March, with a lead time of 4 weeks, and still did not have them by October. Each phone call to him we were told that the fixture was indeed at his shop but he could never find it and so did not know when he could deliver it. Eventually we went to his store (not nearby) and found that necessary parts were missing and had never been ordered. Finally went to Home Depot and received these Special Order items within 2 weeks. He always made promises to return phone calls and not one was ever returned. Many complaints from him about not having any help, and having too much work!
