We loved our house, until we did a little digging. They cut corners which are now costing us money. Turns out they undersize all furnaces which complicates getting air conditioning, creates HUGE heating bills and make the house uncomfortable. Worst part is that after 4 independent consultants, they still didn't fix the problem.
