An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
They came with two painters and completed our project, along with some touch-ups in a day! Our stair railing looks renewed now. Our pink bedroom is now teal and when we had some issues, they responded quickly. We had a border that along the middle of our room and after painting it was still noticeable, so they came back out to look at it and later in the week sent a painter who was able to work with our wall to remove what was noticeable. He also, gave us an extra coat of paint on our walls and touched up some of our baseboards for us. They are fast! But they also spend the time to get the project right!
