Mr. Rooter came same day...they rolled out a red carpet...they were beyond friendly (from the rep on the phone to that actual technician)...and they gave incredible service. They were honest and explained that there wasn't a problem that needed fixing (or that they could actually do). I worked with Daniel K and he was honest, explained my options, and was so friendly. Then... he gave me advice I will need for the future regarding my particular plumbing system. I'll never use another plumbing service!!! Thank you Daniel K and Mr. Rooter.

John was perfect. His service was perfect. His quote was exact to what I paid. A few surprises came up and he handled them immediately and without changing the price. If you're looking for a drywaller and taper, rest assured in John. This is an honest review from a real customer.
