Stan and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. The project was pretty much on-budget, despite the inevitable surprises we found when the work began in earnest (we have an older home in the City). Stan was receptive to making changes to work along the way and we definitely got the impression that our happiness was his top concern. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to others and would use him again myself in the future.

While we aim to ensure there are no surprise costs or additional work with our thorough estimate interviews and detailed quotes, sometimes issues can't be realized until the work has begun; this is especially true in older homes. Our goal is to work through any problematic situations with our clients and experienced technicians to create the least amount of budget and schedule disruption possible. Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

The work done was on time, as promised, and for the price quoted. The workers were courteous and professional. They even did a good job of cleaning-up when they were done. The quality of work was very good, especially in that it was a repair of a plaster wall. We will be calling you again in the future. Michael
