The service was poor. Rented for a summer weekend. Hot tub came late Thursday night. The weather conditions were perfect. I asked if the propane would last the weekend. Their answer was "it should." The temperature in the hottub was warm at best. Used the hottub for 6 hours and covered it for most of the weekend. The propane ran out Saturday night when I had guests over. Did not even last for 2 full days. The owners would not pick up their phones and wouldn't do anything after I got a hold of them Sunday afternoon. Would not compensate me at all after I had paid in cash. Did not refund any of my money, did not fill the propane tank or even a free weekend. Worst service given by a business. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else to rent from.
