Shawn came to house and diagnosed moisture, found mold, and testing revealed millions of spores of grossness (I forget the technical names). I have allergy issues so was very happy to learn that situation could be fixed. Significant remediation work started right away, it was taken very seriously. Our air quality is drastically improved.
