Disappointing service and not honorable at resolving issue. I would give them 1/2 star if the system allowed me to do so. The temperature was fluctuating. The fridge would go as high as ove We called for a repair person to fix our GE refrigerator because tr 65 and the freezer as high as +12. On April 10th they sent us someone from Viking Premium Repairs. Mino did a diagnostic test and said it could be the control board or the fan. He then decided to replace the control board. A few days later the problem persisted. He ordered another control board and replaced it. The temperature continued to fluctuate. We sent him pictures and a text but he didn't respond. Finally we called the office and he came back after a few days and once again replaced the control board. The fridge still fluctuated but it wasn't as high. A couple of weeks later we were away for just over a week when we returned the fridge was once again over 60 and all our food had spoiled. We called the office and this time they offered to refund us part of the payment. We agreed and hoped to have someone else look at and repair the fridge. After many, many calls and promises from the receptionist, the money was never refunded by them. I would not recommend SOS Appliance Repair since they did not live up to their commitment. Helen J.

After receiving the proposal we were able to make an appointment within days to have the team come to our home to work on our bathroom. Lavar and Khan provided excellent service. They were professional and had the job completed in a timely fashion. We especially appreciated Lavar giving us step by step updates on the job as it was being performed. He was patient; addressing all our questions and concerns honestly. We were satisfied with the service provided to us by GeoFocus and would likely recommend this company to anyone needing their services.
