From beginning to end, through the entire process, Vlad and his team were always professional and courteous. Vlad lets you know exactly when he's coming and is always very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. I have already referred them to a number of my friends and family. We had an excellent customer experience dealing with Raffy, Marcello and their respective teams when we completed our stamped concrete project almost 3 years ago now. Having dealt with many contractors in the past, it was refreshing to work with a company that actually cared and who always delivered on their promises. During our initial consultation, Raffy assured us that the finished product would last the test of time and that they would always be around if there were ever any issues. We were a little skeptical at first, as we have heard that promise many times over from other contractors who were never to be found again after the final payment was made. Well let me tell you that Elite Designed Concrete is definitely NOT like many other companies. Their after-care service has FAR exceeded all of our greatest expectations. Like I said, it’s been almost 3 years and we still get cards every holiday season from them, and Raffy still comes by every spring, whenever he’s in the neighborhood, to make sure everything is still looking perfect. We have a neighbor who had stamped concrete installed by a different company in the fall of 2012. In less than a year, their project has already started cracking, crumbling and falling apart. Every time they walk by our house now, they tell us how they wish they had used Elite Designed Concrete instead.

We first heard about Elite through friends who couldn't say enough good things about the company. Wanting to do our own due diligence of course, we read all the reviews, spoke to other references, and visited a few of their local projects. Everyone we spoke to raved about their quality of work and customer service. Now that our project is complete, we understand why. Here are a few things that they do exceptionally well: 1) deliver as promised 2) keep you informed every step of the way with progress updates 3) meticulous attention to detail Marcello and his crew were always on time, courteous, responsive to questions/suggestions, and always left the work site tidy and clean. Even after final payment and inspection, we've had numerous follow-ups to ensure that we are 100% happy with the finished product.

My wife and I are truly impressed with Your Deck Company. We can't say enough about their attention to detail, dedication, and exceptional quality service. We had received quotes from 4 different companies for our composite deck, but from our very first meeting with Todd, we knew that we had found our contractor. Todd was very knowledgeable and provided us with so many different options and ideas. You could just tell how much pride and enjoyment he received from building his outdoor masterpieces.
