Second year for our condo building contracting them to clean our 5 floor condo building. Do not arrive when they say. Our previous company came on time and finished in one day. This year Sparkle was supposed to be here week of 16May, then rescheduled for 24th. Still waiting. If they do come they are gone within hours, never a full day. There have not been any rain days. Keep promising to come. TERRIBLE company!

project was color match BENJAMIN Moore cloud white (slight cream undertone) I asked for everything be painted in same white. I did not follow this up in writing. The walls/baseboards are my color choice and ceiling/mouldings painted STARK white (chosen by them)??? When I enter my eyes are drawn to stark white ceiling, and walls look dingy. Not an attractive combo. Daryl came out to look at my concern, and after a slight hiccup of not hearing back from him, it did get fixed.
