Jim collected the new appliance, delivered it, installed it, and removed the old one. After 30 years in the business he clearly knows his way around appliance installation. He works efficiently and with great care for your home. If he encounters the unexpected, chances are he knows how to fix it or how to work around it, whether cabinetry, plumbing or electrical. Communication is terrific. Almost wish we could afford to throw out all our appliances just for the pleasure of having him install the replacements! On top of everything else, it's hats off to a really nice guy.
