Stay away from this company! Lousy customer service and very poor workmanship! I called them to replace my old sliding patio door and their installer contractor did many things wrong. For example, they rescheduled my installation appointment twice, the door frame wasn't leveled, making the doors very difficult to slide, no waterproofing and insulation was done around the door frame, they removed top rollers of my screen door in order to force it into the frame, they lost my screen door's latch hardware, and after paying them, they didn't even leave me a copy of the invoice! I tried to ask them to correct the problems, and the manager, Lisa, tried to give me the run-around, and their contractor never bothered to call me back. After threatening them to make a legal claim, they finally sent another pair of contractors, who only fixed the sliding door problem. Then, Lisa had the nerve asked me to pay for the repair -- which they are fully responsible for since they didn't do it right the first time. This company also goes by the name, PL Skylights, so don't be fooled.
