The mortar and bricks of the chimney display were deteriorated enough to let water in and run down along the wall to the basement floor. Frank identified the additional damage, described the likely cause and explained a couple of options to fix the damage. Communication was very good and I'm impressed with the quality of work. The colour match to the original brick is also better than I ever expected.
