I DON"T recommend. Orders were overdue &wrong. Phone calls ignored. Despite agreement Tiles delivery left outside my house Message of complaint never answered. Total indifference after sale was made. Shop elsewhere.

I am very sorry to hear that you are so disappointed Brian. I am a little surprised as I had spoken to Victoria on the phone and once in person AFTER the sale and I was under the impression that all was ok. As a matter of fact, she was in the store on the Monday following your Saturday order and your 12x24 tiles were sitting at the door and I pointed out that those were for her. I told her that the mosaics would take a little longer. Can you tell me which tiles were wrong? No one made me aware that any of the tiles were incorrect. I say this because I spoke to Victoria once installation had begun regarding a suggestion for the trim and she did not once mention that anything was wrong. As for delivery of tiles at your door, our driver confirmed that he handed tiles directly to your contractor. I know this for certain because when you were looking for your grout, I asked the driver if he delivered it. He said yes, that it was the first item he removed from his vehicle and that it was handed directly to your installer. So I am a bit befuddled by your dismay. Nonetheless, I am very sorry that you feel that way and would very much like to address your message of complaint that according to your comment above, has not been addressed to date.
