Extremely disappointed with Don of CatPools. The quality of the work was poor and he was late on nearly every commitment. As well he made many different promises to fix things that were done badly or not at all, in writing via text, and then openly reneged, refusing to complete some of the work he had committed to. He did not do a quality job of installation nor finishing of the stone work around the pool (e.g. lights had to be replaced twice, loose coping stones, stones installed over skimmer opening, polymeric sand crumbling, edging installed incorrectly etc.). Much of the work had to be redone by a professional landscaping company. Don and CatPools, are skilled sales people but did a very unsatisfactory job of installing and servicing the pool. Check your contract carefully and watch out for misleading language, eg. "sump tube system" = a tube but not a pump. If you do choose them, get EVERYTHING in writing in the most minute detail and line up a good lawyer.
