Absolutely satisfied with the work done by Ariel and his team. There were delays in scheduling due to some supplier issues but Ariel kept us posted at all times. His team was so professional, the guys were cordial polite and friendly kept us informed as work was happening. They accommodated our unique situation as the work can only be done in phases. Next they will be working on the other sections of our house and finally next year they are doing the outside Cork. That's how happy we are.

In case anyone is planning on buying windows from Brock beware this is what they installed on my house and will not take responsibility for their botched installation. Apparently they don't understand why I'm complaining since this is normal to have brick mould scratched and besides it will get covered up. A horrible experience with Brock.

We had our old plumbing stack replaced, and new connections set up for a re-model. Rob was great, not only did he do what we needed done, but he made some great suggestions and recommendations to make things easier for us. Very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with, we will be using Galaxy again and soon.

It was so easy dealing with Ron and his team, very responsive, practical and got all my work done as discussed and needed. Made the entire process seamless they are on my contact list for other work.

I called in for duct and carpet cleaning for my rental unit (completely messed up by the tenants). Adel was great he made sure he had all the information on the type of furnace prior to sending the crews over, explained how the work was going to be completed. The schedules were well coordinated. Dino and Hugo came in for duct cleaning, just because they were 15 minutes early they didn’t simply pop by, they called to make sure I was ok with it, came in with a smile, very professional and courteous, they explained everything in detail, explained why they were using the particular method, asked me to check things out and made sure they left the place intact and clean. Dalton came in for carpet cleaning, once again very professional and courteous, he did a quick inspection of the carpet told me exactly what he was doing, just because I was curious he even explained the entire process to me, he was fantastic got all the stains out of this carpet (boy had the tenants done a number on it or what). The cost was exactly what was quoted to me, no surprises. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I will definitely use their services going forward no doubt about it. 10 out of 10.
