Awful customer service especially from Scarborough store management
We ordered 4 dining chairs. The Sales Consultant said they would be assembled. They arrived the next week in boxes but only 3 - they claim one we never saw was damaged and would be delivered another time. While assembling the other three (in the wrong box) we had pieces misaligned and one seat bottom actually missing. We had to return to Scarborough (Mclevin) to return the three - get three new and take to Whitby for assembly. We waited at Customer pickup over an hour! Then they only had two chairs! When we met the Manager he had no idea what to do - took no action - his staff did better. He was only concerned with telling us he was there 30 years!! They have a hidden no money back policy so beware. The Manager didn't know if this policy was posted in the store or not. It isn't. While there we saw other customers discovering this post purchase. DO NOT SHOP HERE !!
