I'm a GC and this was the first time I had done business with Cadillac. Steve and his team came in to measure and I received the quote a day or so after. His installer then came to do a second check measurement. They delivered and installed the panels on the date and time that was promised. One small above door panel was missing and I called in, they apologized and had the final panel installed about a week later. That's good turn around in construction. After I gave the project over to my client, she had some problems with a couple of the shutters not closing 100%. I let Steve know and they returned again a week or so later to adjust them. My client was very fussy - I didn't notice anything different after the adjustments. My client was happy, I was happy and will definitely use these guys again. Thanks Steve and team!
