Last year at the same project we used a different company and had numerous complaints from the owners. This year we choose to go with Wallace Fleming. I am the administrator for the company so the first point of contact for unhappy owners. I did not have one complaint from an owner or any members of the board. I would highly recommend them.

Given the size and scope of the project and that we were onsite for 4 months, it's great to hear that we met everyone's expectations and no complaints were received. In the end this can attributed to three important elements for the project: 1) adequate planning upfront; 2) ongoing communication with all parties affected by the project; and 3) ongoing site evaluations. The above said, it's also important to point out that our sub-contractors did an outstanding job. Qualified, competent, and responsive trades and suppliers are an integral part of any project's overall success.
