I would give this campany a zero star rating. They came to "fix" my dryer - which was taking over an hour to dry clothes. The repairman said he needed to order parts and change the drum. After taking my money, it took over a week to get them to return. The problem still wasn't fixed - and this time it was even worse, the dryer was making an awful noise when turned. We called again and again. Initially they promised to send someone to fix the first problem as well as the new one they created. After a month of a number of calls, we gave up. We never got our money, and are left with a dryer with the same problem. I do no recommend this company at all. Was very disappointed with them.
