I have radiant heating in my house. I have used several companies to service and maintain my heating system. True North has exceeded my expectations. I don't need to try anyone else in the future. My house is finally warm no matter how cold it is outside.

Just finished a reno. I used North Shore Stone Works for my stone countertops and my fireplace finishing. I got to pick out my own stone slabs. To create a waterfall look in the kitchen, they matched the veins so the pieces actually flowed into one another. The effect is stunning. I must have visited the store 6 or 7 times before I actually signed on. Mike was patient and very helpful in suggesting certain stones or looks. I believe I got excellent value for the price. I did get estimates from other stone countertop manufacturer but I do not think I would have gotten the same attention to detail. The difference in price was under 1,000.

My house is impeccably clean on the outside (painted wood), windows are sparkling in and out (some are hard to reach), gutters are cleaned, retaining wall is free from algae both at the back and front. They even cleaned my hot tub cover! Excellent work, great work ethic. Even noted on the invoice that my back right corner gutter needed sealing! It took 2 people 8 hours to do all the work. I believe I had excellent value, and a great job was done.

Well, had asphalt shingles installed to replace the Cedar shingles I had. I was especially sold on the algae resistant ones. So they were installed in August 2010. Last fall, I started noticing my shingles going green but paid no attention. This spring, I could not ignore it. I called the manufacturer and put in a claim, however, the manufacturer's claim has a question regarding how many square feet of shingles were used. I have called Dulai 4 times. It has been 2 weeks and I still have no reply. During one of the calls, I asked Mastan, from Dulai if he had any suggestions on how I could remedy the problem of the algae. I told him I had heard of products that you could put on the shingles. He did not recommend using any product because it would render my warranty useless. He finally suggested I go on my roof and clean it myself. He did stress that I would have to be very careful not to damage the shingles because I could render the warranty void. So, I asked if he had any company or person to recommend. He did not. So, I press on...still waiting to find out how many square feet of shingle was used for my roof. I believe I wrote a glowing review about their installation of the shingles. However, I have my doubts about the product they advised me to use. I have sent my warranty claim....without the square footage. I will keep you tuned!! UPDATE: Sept. 2013 Have continued calling with no success but a long list of excuses, including that removing shingles is impossible . I have found another Roofing company to take samples from roof.

First task of a landscaping project was to make sure the trees (maples, cedars, laurels) were in good health and then remove dead branches, reduce the crown heights, prune back the branches. The service was excellent and professional. They removed all debris and this included raking the site around the trees and path along which they dragged the branches. The manager was on hand at the start to make sure that the men understood what was required. At first I thought it was a little expensive but the trees look noticeably better. Like leaving the salon with an excellent hair cut. Not to short, well balanced etc... I will definitely use them again for general tree upkeep.

My home has radiant heating. Chris spent the time to evaluate the best way to install the flooring. He is hard working, conscientious, methodical, trust worthy and earnest. He truly enjoys what he does. Excellent work. We did all the bedrooms, the stairway and main floor family room and dinning room.
