My husband and I were looking for someone to outfit our new home with window treatments. From the moment I first spoke with Sara, I was impressed by her attention to detail and professionalism. We were not sure exactly what we wanted. She was patient and took the time to listen to our style ideas in addition to providing us with an array of options that would suit our taste, budget and needs. When it came to booking appointments, she was always very accommodating and happy to meet after hours and on weekends. She was also very reliable and promptly returned all my phone calls, text messages and emails. Compared to the two other well known window/blind companies that I consulted with in the GTA, I felt much more comfortable dealing with Sara at Model Space Designs. I appreciated that she was knowledgable about what the different blind/window treatment companies had to offer at different budgets. Her competitors pushed Hunter Douglas and when asked about other options, they didn't have the most up to date information. I felt that her number one priority was to make sure my husband and I were comfortable and happy with the products we chose. She was also very reasonably priced. She is very good at her job and takes pride in it. I have since without hesitation recommended her to friends.
