Difficuly hall/entrance pendant light replacement
Morando (supervisor) called and said a guy would be by just after lunch. One o'clock, the phone rings it's Ryan, "I'll be there in ten." Shows up, very polite, has a look and then gets out the twelve foot step. Ten minutes later we're in business. Tech lighting no problem. The attention to customer satisfaction was great. Makes you feel like getting them again. We will.
