I needed red paint to paint my kitchen. Apparently not an easy color to tint. Bob went through 5 cans before he got the exact color I was looking for. I thought it was great that he was taking the time to really mix the right color when other stores said they just couldn't do it.
We were trying to buy a BBQ and the zellers store had none left that were in their flyer. Instead of us driving all around the city they called each zellers, found one and had it sent to the store closest to my home to pick it up. What service
There was a water cooler I wanted for my kitchen, I saw in the online flyer that it was $30 off so I went to get it. When I got there the instore sale didn't start for another few days. I mentioned to the cashier that I had seen it online for $30 off, she called the manager and in a few minutes I got the sale price. Great service
I wanted to build a queensized bed frame and headboard. I went to home depot with a hand sketched idea (not even very well drawn)and they took it into their own hands to help me find each and everything I would need for my project. They really went above and beyond.
