I had a problem with my Sears mattress about 3 months after I bought it. Not only did a get a better one for the same price but I got it delivered free of charge and I got a $25 giftcard for my problem. Great great customer service
I think the store is nice and the sales people are nice but my stuff has fallen apart for the price I paid and I can't get any satisfaction on a customer service level
I was very impressed with the service I recieved. Knowledgeable and when they found out I was also looking for cheap carpet for a basement store room they found old carpet that they didn't need and gave it to me for almost 75% off. Great place.
