It is rare to have a company representative go over and above on a job. Casey, dispatch #63574 did just that for us. We needed a new heat exchanger & when he pulled the old one out he noticed other parts were "OK" and could last, but opted to get brand new ones (at no cost to us) and drive an hour to pick them up. His reasoning was that he felt it would be necessary later on anyway so may as well do it now. Again, he could have just "done his job" and left...
