Having been a home owner for years I never saw the benefit of having a service plan on my furnace. Well I took the plunge and 2 years later at 11:30 PM my furnace stopped working. I called the 24 hour emergency line and after a few questions I was informed that a technician would be at my house ASAP. Not long after the door bell rang and within an hour my furnace was back on. I learned what this repair would have cost me and at that point I never looked back and always renew my service plan. JD Swallow has friendly knowledgeable staff. They are pleasant to deal with and very personable.
