We ordered granite for our new Kitchen from this company. We paid half upon making our order, and the other half to the installers. The counter tops look beautiful, except the massive piece on our kitchen island turned out to be bowed. We showed this to the installers themselves with a contractors level while they were still here - it sits level at both ends, and has about a 1/4 inch dip in the centre. The stone is not supported properly by the weight of the cabinets, and the installers shrugged it off and said it may "settle naturally" which is total bull. We have tried calling the owner to discuss our concerns, and no one has had the respect to call us back. This company literally took our money and ran.
