Working with Iberia is one of the best experiences I've had working with a contractor to-date. I hired them for a range of services, including landscaping, sodding, deck construction and the construction of flagstone steps for the front of my house. Chris's team was punctual and professional. They were respectful and did the "little things" that make having a team working at your house for several days manageable/enjoyable. The quality of the work was high. Chris selected high quality materials (wood for decking, sod, cedar trees, flagstone) without me having specified the quality in our contract. When the scope of the project exceed what we agreed upfront, Chris was reasonable in calculating cost-overrun pricing. I have a high level of trust for Chris and his team, and would recommend them to anyone.

John was recommended to us by our agent, and didn't disappoint. He came on short notice and did a lengthy, thorough inspection. He discovered issues that were valuable to us in both pricing the home and planning for maintenance after our purchase.
